Review of Bean in Love by Annie Hansen

This is the second book in the Kelly Clark mystery series and am I ever glad that I found this series! Kelly is a divorced author who writes mysteries, lives above her sister's chocolate shop, and has a knack for finding dead bodies! What could be better than mystery, chocolate and books?

The characters are well developed and fully fleshed out to go hand in hand with well plotted story lines that have their lives entangle into the mystery quite seamlessly. This book finds Kelly and her sister Nicki on the hunt for the truth about the local historian's death. Did a ghost reach out from beyond the grave to push him over the edge or is that "ghost" a bit more real flesh and blood than he thought? I have to say, I can't wait to see what happens in book #3! It appears that Kelly may be headed to untangle an old mystery that won't seem to leave her current life alone. I can only hope! If you are looking for a great series to read, I'd suggest grabbing the first book in the series and then jumping right into this one! You won't be sorry!
